Rezgo is a SaaS reservation system designed for tour and activity operators. Beyond my marketing, I also take on product design work, redesigning existing pages and sections and scoping out future improvements.
Support Page Redesign
Pain Points
The page relied heavily on orange across links, titles, and tags, which reduced readability and blurred visual hierarchy. Content lacked clear structure and navigation, creating a scattered experience. The interface was visually overstimulating, overwhelming, chaotic, and felt outdated.
Solution
The Support page was redesigned to align with Rezgo’s brand identity while improving usability, navigation and information hierarchy. Organizing the content into six clear primary categories and placing a prominent global search bar at the top of the page streamlined discovery, making it easier to navigate and faster to search.
Knowledge Base
Inside the Knowledge Base, the visual tone shifted to a calmer environment using dark blue to promote focus and reduce cognitive load. A fixed side navigation enabled faster movement between categories and subcategories, improving content scannability and wayfinding. The top search remained emphasized to support quick access to answers.
The redesigned experience became easier to navigate and faster to search. Information hierarchy improved significantly, branding became clearer, and the overall interface felt calmer and more focused.
Pricing Page
Pain Points
The previous pricing page failed to communicate pricing flexibility for high-volume customers. Information was presented in a flat way, offering little depth or differentiation between customer profiles.
Solution
Introduced a card-based pricing block and comparison table to clearly differentiate the Pro and Custom plans, making plan differences immediately legible and reducing friction for high-volume buyers evaluating a custom tier.
UI/UX Recommendations
White Label Booking Page
The goal was to introduce design improvements that required minimal backend or engineering effort, while meaningfully improving the interface, and perceived value of the White Label Booking Page.
Suggested refinements included rounded corners, improved spacing, and softer drop shadows to achieve a cleaner, professional, more balanced and modern UI.
Looking Forward
Future-facing recommendations focused on elevating the page even further, introducing scannable tags for at-a-glance information, an image gallery in place of a static image, a gift card promotional banner, and a grid view option to give users more control over how they browse.
Booking Calendar
Pain Point
The previous booking calendar used a confusing color scheme that made availability hard to understand at a glance.
Solution
Unavailable dates were made visually explicit by graying them out and crossing out sold-out dates.
Detail Page
Pain Point
The first fold of the page was dominated by a large image galery, which delayed access to the primary booking action after users clicked “Book Now”.
Solution
The image galery was repositioned beside the booking calendar so key actions and information appeared within the first fold.
Mobile
On top of the the UI improvements contributing to a more modern and professional look, a small but impactful mobile recommendation was also proposed. Making the ‘Book Now’ button sticky at the bottom of the screen would allow users to jump into the booking flow at any point while browsing the detail page.
